The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the whole staff in the front desk, the restaurant and in the housekeeping department were all very friendly and helpful. Their smiles lit up the hotel. The location was great. The hotel was located next to a shopping center with a supermarket and many cafes and restaurants. The bank of China's just opposite the hotel had ATMs, that accepted foreign credit or debit cards. This made it very convenient for us.

The friendly staff and security, along with the ideal location near the computer district and subway stations, make it a great choice for both business travelers and tourists.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most of them could speak English, which is still quite rare in Shenzhen. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient if you come for sightseeing with most attractions parks at walking distance, and pleasant places worth to visit nearby (OCT Loft, OCT Bay, Nantou, Shekou...). They have a nice and large indoor/outdoor swimming pool.

Simply love the location of the hotel. So convenient. Just next to the Metro Station. Room is spacious and clean. Though breakfast variety us limited but is good enough. Staff are very friendly & helpful.

This place is a hidden gem. The rooms are spacious, modern and absolutely spotless. The staff are super friendly and helpful, even though I don't speak Chinese. The price is very good value and the location is very convenient. I extended my stay twice because this place is ideal for a travelling professional and for travelling with a partner.

Spacious clean and new room. (the room has 2 beds. it's in duplex style). Walkable distance to metro station. Very convenient. Very close to a mall and many restaurants. Breakfast is in local style but clean and not so many people. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall is great and I will definitely come back again.
