Absolutely fantastic hotel, so far the best of capsule ones I stayed in Japan. Whole hostel is extremely clean and you can see staff cleaning common spaces many times a day. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the events they organize are amazing. I participated in Kanji writing and had a great teacher from the staff - thank you Yuri ❤️❤️

Everything was very clean, bed was comfortable, the reception area was very pleasant and convenient for working, cooking, resting, etc., staff is very nice and very helpful, great location that is very close to main areas and also very accessible by public transportation

You must stay here. It's clean, the dorms are beautiful and smell really nice?! Very nice beds in there. In the private room I had: a mini fridge, air con, sliding patio door, desk and chair, really comfy bed! The communal bathroom is great and a really good shower. Free skincare and amenities in there too. Free towels and water bottle, very friendly staff who also give you space.

Everything was perfect. The entire accommodation was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of showers, rooms, and toilets. The staff/receptionist were very friendly and always available if you needed to communicate. Highly recommended.

What an amazing experience! The capsule itself was big, comfortable, and clean; but the hotel facilities were really what stood out. To the free snacks and coffee in the lobby, to the shelves with manga, to the AMAZING semi-open air onsen that played piano versions of ghibli songs, this truly was one of the best hotels of my whole trip in Japan, and I've been here for three months now. Excelent value for money and excellent location too!

Everything! The facilities are exceptionally clean, everything is well organized, free amenities and new towels and slippers are provided every day. The staff is nice and the beds are comfy and cozy. The location is amazing with a lot of shops, bars and restaurant around and also very close to the river.

The gentleman on the front desk who's name I've completely forgotten, I'm ahamed to say, was very nice and professional but still able to have a laugh, he even taught me a little Japanese, thank you very much again for the stay.

The location and the amenities!! There were so many things we could use such as myjamas, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrush + toothpaste, lots of towels, house slippers,etc… so so good!

The hotel is literally right next to the Geisha district. It's also on one of Kyoto main roads. I loved the warm and helpful staff. The facilities are amazing, I even got a shiatsu massage that was out of this world. If you are tattoed, they let you use the public baths under the condition of covering them up (they give you tape to do it).
