Very clean room, good, quite new AC with many options, additionally huge fan under the bed if you don't like AC. Nice clean bathroom. The room is great and comfortable.

The house is literally in the heart of Nizwa old town. It is a very unique experience and the inn is truly one of a kind. We received a warm welcome from the host, who was very friendly and helpful. The entire place was very clean, and the beds were perfect. The pool is heated and perfect for relaxation.

The hotel was very clean and staff were to the point. Service was prompt. Location was very convenient and opposite side of a mall.

Awesome location, very clean room, beautiful paintings and design. There was an actual artist in the hotel at all times who did the paintings in the hotel, and we could watch him paint. First hotel in Oman where I got enough towels. ❤️ Very comfortable bed.

Great accommodation with a nice outdoor pool. The garden around the house is very nice with a barbecue and a covered seating area. The house is surrounded by a high wall, which guarantees complete privacy. Comfortable beds. Nearby Nizwa fort, Bahla fort, Balcony walk, Lulu hypermarket and other shops.
