Communication from the hosts was excellent, very flexible and responsive. The villa is well maintained, very clean and have everything you need for a really comfortable stay. The location is very convenient and close to the beach. It's a great space for a group stay, with several living spaces and the rooms are spacious. Would highly recommend this villa.

Location of the property is amazing. Walking distance to beautiful Mt. Lavinia beach. Supermarkets, restaurants in walking distance as well. 3 bed flat - A/C in all rooms, Very Clean property with all the facilities. TV, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, washing machine. Balcony views Property coordinator Athula met us and greet us with all the necessary details that we needed and always reachable whenever we need.

The property is very clean, tidy & recently refurbished Few hundreds away from Marino shoping mall and Marino Beach. 100 yards from Galle Road so you can use public transfort for to visit, Colombo Ford, Pettah maning markets, shopping, Galle Face, Khan Clovk Tower etc

This was our first time booking an apartment in Sri Lanka through booking.com , we were a bit sceptical about it , fortunately we found an apart that was run by true professionals , the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay ..the owner was very friendly and helpful and always there for us when we needed him . The pricing also very reasonable and this beach front apartment is closer to all shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this apart to anyone ♥️

I had a great stay at the Mount Bay Guest House. The room and bathroom were very clean and spotless.It was large and air-conditioned, and had a balcony. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated near the beach, restaurants on the beach. I definitely recommend this accommodation and would stay there again if I visited Sri Lanka again in the future.

Very clean and staff are amazing! Breakfast is lovely aswell and is a big buffet with many different cuisines (Sri lankan of corse, Chinese and American) location is 10/10 aswell next to the beach and connected to a 8 story shopping mall- security is the best aswell

Very nice hotel, good price. Their private beach was wonderful. The pool area on the rood was one of the best I’ve seen. Very clean rooms and other facilities.
