We liked being so close to nature and that it was peaceful with not a lot of people around. Shopping facilities were within driving distance (approx. 15 minutes by car).

Choice of places go eat was also adequate, but we prepared oir meals in the chalet. Always happy to eat 'at home'. Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights. Also very close to the EuroVelo route.
