Very clean throughout. Very helpful manager. Excellent served breakfast. Close to the lake. Some interesting pieces of old furniture and pictures of times gone by.

The location - just a short walk to the train station with regular trains into Lucerne which just take 8minutes The breakfast - plentiful and varied The rooms - very clean and new Parking - you need to pay 15 Swiss Francs for the duration of your stay but this is reasonable being so close to Lucerne. The car park is across the road from the hotel. We travelled with our VW camper van and were able to get the van into the covered car park with no problem

Excellent hotel with working air conditioning which is unusual in Lucerne. Room very comfortable, well furnished and very clean. Bar and restaurant very pleasant, serving excellent breakfast and a wide selection of really good wines

Proximity to the beach, friendly staff, play room, very clean.

Excellent clean hostel right on the banks of aare lake. You can take a nice dip and there are shower facilities on the beach. Location is fantastic. Micros and Mackie are nearby if you like to buy anything.
