The accommodation was comfy and cozy, especially with the lovely pellet stove creating a warm atmosphere. The environment was quiet and peaceful, adding to the relaxing vibe during our stay. The pool wasn't yet open for the season but we've enjoyed it on previous visits to the campground. Ball sport facilities and playgrounds were a bonus for keeping everyone entertained. This part of Limburg is so bike-friendly which makes exploring further afield easy and fun - the area has so many bike paths. Our chalet was thoughtfully stocked with all the needed kitchen supplies, including a coffee maker, which was much appreciated. We also found it very convenient that hand soap, toilet paper, clean towels, and fresh sheets were all provided. They even set out a bottle of wine and some nuts for us before we arrived. The chalet owners were super friendly and helpful, quickly responding via chat to any questions we had. At one point, the power went out but the campground staff came within three minutes of my calling and reset the breaker. They even sorted out the reason for the problem so it didn't happen again We appreciated the friendly surrounding neighbors who, while keeping to themselves, added to the welcoming atmosphere. The nice little canteen provided a convenient spot for meals and snacks. Overall, a fantastic and relaxing stay in a chilled out, natural setting.
