Campsites in Tromsø

Overall this was a magical stay and we absolutely loved the experience. The location is breathtaking and I am so glad we decided to stay here rather than in the main centre. We were surrounded by snow and could play and walk in whereas this wouldn't have really been much of an option if we stayed in a hotel in the centre. The cabin was so cute, warm and perfect for what we needed. It was quite snug and a little small and maybe with 2 kids rather than 1 it may have been a tight squeeze. But overall it worked perfectly for us. I loved the deck out the front and back too. It was cool to have a glass roof - I guess the idea was to see the northern lights but it was covered in snow, which is to be expected. We even saw the northern lights from the lodge! The breakfast was great and we found quite convenient. We just showed up each day and paid at the front desk. Staff were also very helpful and friendly. I didn't want to leave and I would recommend this place to anyone. If I return to Tromso I would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was very cozy & spacious. The owners björn & Nina were the most friendly hosts we've met. Kept the place super clean & tidy. They were always available if we had any questions or requests. We got an amazing tour of their farm/mini-zoo. A quiet place away from the noise & light pollution of the city.
