We left feeling like we were leaving our family behind. front desk was fantastic and always so kind to answer our many questions. The food was delicious. They offer massages that were fantastic! The best part about this entire experience were the safari guides.they are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their jobs here and they really want the guests to enjoy each ride and get to see the animals they’re most excited about. I highly recommend this lodge for your stay. With this private lodge you get more up close and personal with the animals but with safe distance. We stayed 4 days and saw the big 5 which was really amazing.

Amazing place. The tents are very comfortable and tastefully furnished and decorated. The common areas too. It was a pleasure to come back for a hot drink there after a safari. We stayed 2 days and the elephants came twice to drink at the waterhole. The staff were so kind. The guides were awesome. Gave us unforgettable memories of dozens of beautiful animals and lots of interesting facts and real/life stories. The food - meals and breakfasts - delicious. We loved everything. Everything was very clean, both the tents and the common areas.

I had such a great time at Buffelshoek Tented Camp. The location, the food and the staff were all amazing. The game drives were exceptional too, I got to see lions, elephants, giraffes, jackals, rhinos, etc... even a leopard! The guide is an experienced off-road driver who gets you very close to the animals and allows plenty of time to take pictures. He tracked down the leopard and found it resting on a tree. In the camp, they have wifi in the lobby of the main tent and several adapters to charge devices during the day or overnight. Even though it rained often when I was there, I didn't notice any mosquitoes. I didn't stay at Kruger national park, but I was told by other visitors at Buffelshoek that a big advantage to stay in Manyeleti rather than Kruger is that during game drives you can follow animals off the track, which you cannot do at Kruger. We'd never have seen the leopard that way. You'll get to see a large variety of animals during game drives, my favorite one was big and strong, walks slowly but steadily and can eradicate trees when angry. It also runs on diesel :-) (it's the Land Rover)

Crocodile Bridge Safari Lodge borders directly on the Kruger National Park and is situated on the banks of the Crocodile River where wild animals are viewed directly from the lodge's accommodation,... Everything. Alan and Michelle are the consummate host - welcoming and provided good guidance. In addition they have created an excellentatmosphere both for guests and staff to stay here. The location is perfect for viewing KNP elephant, hippos and birds and our luxury tent was very comfortable. The food was delicious and we were able to meet and talk with many of the other guests. Would love to go again.
