They share information about animal presence and will not rush back due to a 3-hour time limit. Before coming to Kruger, we had seen some animals in Chobe and on our first day here, we collected big five, which we were quite satisfied with. But the next morning Safari collected big five at once, and the luckiest thing was to see a group of five lions, who were located on the border of their private territory. I sincerely recommend the highly cost-effective Umkumbe bush lodge, and I believe I will always remember the beautiful memories here.

Tranquility, absolute privacy, breathtaking landscapes, starry skies. Note: The last stretch of road, about 13 kilometers, is unpaved. We traveled it with a low rental car. We had no problems but of course you have to go very slowly. During the journey we saw giraffes, impalas, zebras... Spectacular!!! At the entrance to the reserve they sell wood and ice at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!!!

Southern Sands Ecolodge offers tented accommodation within the Ndlovumzi Nature Reserve, located on the banks of the mighty Olifants River. This is the best spot to be if you want to visit the blyde river canyon. Terry and Robina are just the most wonderful host, they made our journey unique and unforgettable. The tent is very comfortable and it is next the to the olifant river, so you just hear nature all around you. Amazing!

We had 5 game drives, and our guide DEVANCE, was the best. He answered all our questions and did his utmost best to ensure we have the best African Experience posdible. Our American guests had a 5 star South African experience. We were treated to an amazing Boma-open cooked dinner which included traditional South African food. The staff was amazingly friendly and the food was fresh, great variety and very well prepared. What a treat for even us being South African. The accommodation was great as well and every single expectation we had was exceeded.
