This 3-star luxury tent offers a 24-hour front desk and a concierge service. The luxury tent has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Loved it! One of the most special stays of our road trip and I will try to stay in more Under Canvas venues in future trips to the US. It was especially fun for our 8 year old daughter. The tents are very comfortable and we were a short walk to the showers and toilets which were cleaned every 5 mins it felt like. Great restaurant with good choices for breakfast and dinner. Lots of games to play and also free s'mores to roast. So nice to be in all that nature. and very close to Mount Rushmore which was why we came.

The house is very luxurious, well build and very well equipped. It is situated just outside Custer in a beautiful surrounding with occasional deer and other wildlife. The host communicates excellent. He made it possible for us to check out two hours later. We are experienced travellers but this was without hesitation one of the best houses we’ve ever been in. Don’t hesitate when you seek a house near Custer State Park. Very recommended!

When I arrived, the owner suggested we visit the Missouri river during sunset and it was beautiful. Perfect swim before the end of the day. The laundry machines were priced well and worked wonderfully. Breakfast was exactly as I expected and the kids enjoyed themselves.
