Chillax Hotel is very comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooftop pool and bar great for sunset! This hotel is a great option for exploring Phra Nakhon. Its a short walk to Khao San Market and Samsen Road, and across the road is the pier for Long Tail tours of the canals. I recommend exploring Samsen road over the canal, there are lots of great food options and its a bit more laid back compared with Khao San.

THE BREAKFAST IS JUST SAME EVERYDAY, MUST IMPROVE THE STAFF IS VERY POLITE AND WAITER NANEE HELP ME A LOT HOW TO TRAVEL BY SKY TRAIN AS SHE LIVE NEAR SAFARI PARK. THE STAFF WHO CLEAN MY ROOM IS VERY HELPFUL. GOING EVERY WHERE NEARBY IS VERY EASY. EVERY MORNING I PRAY THE LORD BHUDHA OUTSIDE THE HOTEL.WILL STAY NEXT TIME AGAIN IN THE HOTEL BY GOD WILL. Great experience to stay on a house boat, so close to the Grand Palace and major temples. After visiting the sites, you just relax in the hammock, watching the boats passing by and listening to the music. Roger was very knowledgeable and helpful with transport to Ayutthaya, which was another awesome experience.

Nice break fast, and the 5-7 pm sunset drinks at the executive lounge is a plus point. I like the rooftop bar at the 9th floor, a nice place to relax after a busy day of shopping and sightseeing. Located in the heart of Shopping centre. Easy access to Platinum fashion mall, Pratunam market, central world.

Nice place to stay with a larger group. Stayed with wife and our three children, in addition to 4 more adults. Quiet location close to Safari World. Clean.

We've enjoyed in the Chillax Hotel close to Khaosan road very much. The rooms were spacious and the staff very helpful. We've also loved the rooftop pool with a fantastic view on Bangkok's skyline, where you find also a bar to enjoy the sunset. The rooms were comfortable and large. Also the location of the hotel is very convenient.

It was a beautiful hotel with great and easily accessible facilities. Has its own access to the train station which is handy. Also nearby isa place with restaurants where you can eat should you chose to. Check in was prompt and staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and varied. You are spoilt for choice. I would definitely return if visiting Bangkok again. Nice and very comfortable beds.2 pool options were a great touch. One for sunset and other for sunrise.!

Wow factor of decor, especially the reception area. Loved the complementary desert buffet! Fre Tuk-Tuk shuttle to mall.
