We're so impressed by the hospitality of staff and driver who picked us up from the airport. Even our flight is delayed for about 1 hours but it's ok for the driver. The location of this hotel is in the middle of The oldcity, so you can feel the real life of morrocon life. breakfast is perfect, so delicious. Also you can enjoy sunrise and sunset from the rooftop.

The breakfast was well organized, we got served hot coffe , orange juice , maroccan tea , scrambled eggs and omelete as well as some local deserts and sweets. There was also the addition of some jams, cheese spread and honey.

The breakfast (included) and the dinner (extra) were tasty and well-prepared. Very comfortable bed and lovely terrace for sunset. Staffs are helpful, especially on the day we leaving, remind us to get up early and they help carry luggages and catch a taxi for us in morning of the festival, I am very appreciated that.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed the conversations with them. The room was very clean and pretty. The property itself has been beautifully designed with typical Moroccan is ideally located for the medina and surrounding attractions (you did everything on foot and worked wonderfully in one day). Breakfast and dinner were also very good, satisfying and recommended. The terrace is flooded in the morning and in the evening you can admire the sunset and enjoy a cup of mint tea. - -.

Absolutely beautiful place once you enter. Staff were really helpful and friendly. They came to meet us at the gate. Sunset from the terrace is wonderful.

I like the homely atmosphere in the hostel and the lively atmosphere in the medina. In the hostel is always someone available to help with plans, questions and food and lots of other travellers to meet. The roof top is very nice to enjoy the sunset in a calm environment.

The staff service is excellent. My daughter lost her contact lens and she ordered the one-day soft lens online locally and have it delivered to the Riad while we are still in the desert trip. While we were struggle how to make payment as it has to be paid upon delivery, the host offered to pay the charges for us first despite we haven’t checked-in. We highly appreciate his help. The Riad is also nicely decorated and we also have the laundry done in the raid.

Mohammed was very polite & helpful, always on hand & helped me print a boarding pass and find my taxi driver in the morning as they need to park in a car park around 3 minutes walk away. Also offered local knowledge for food ect. This is a very good value option over hostels to have a private room. Very powerful and hot shower, felt amazing to clean off the desert!
