But what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff: super friendly and helpful. They kindly stored our luggage after checkout and even gave us a ride to Kawaguchiko Station when we couldn’t get a taxi. An absolute gem — we can’t recommend it enough!

Shinji-san and his staff were magnificent, picking us up and dropping us off, carting our luggage in the rain, and attending to any of our needs. The facilities are clean, modern and comfortable, the view was amazing despite the bad weather and we had a great view of Fujisan while we sat on the deck and cooked our BBQ and drank cold beer. The food was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely come back again.

The luxury tent has family rooms. This place was excellent! We could see Mt. Fuji from inside our pod (no. 4) on our second morning as it was super clear. The pod was really comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The toilets and showers were accessible and clean. Parking was convenient. We ordered the bbq meat set and it was absolutely delicious! We had a really good couple of days in the mountains before heading off to Tokyo!

The units in the luxury tent are equipped with a coffee machine. There is a shared bathroom with shower in some units, along with slippers, a hair dryer and free toiletries. At the luxury tent, every unit has bed linen and towels. The campsite is picturesque, a million dollar view of mt Fuji and the forest around! We stayed at the dome and it was so comfortable, warm, had everything we needed. The shared bathrooms are very clean. The meals deserve separate attention - wagyu beef, sashimi, Japanese specialty dishes… so delicious and the portions were huge. A cute and pleasant surprise was a projector in the dome, we could relax with a movie after an active day outdoors! The staff were really going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! They also provided a shuttle to pick us up to and from the Kawaguchiko station, and one extra time when the traffic in town was problematic and the public buses weren’t working.
