Very spacious, big TV with fire stick, veranda, two separate bedrooms, well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and pillows.

Followed google maps and easily found the site, there were two entrances which was confusing but we also came after sunset so maybe the darkness didn't help. The staff was very friendly and helpful and led us down the street to the correct place.

Self-catering, but limited cooking facilities. Nice to have Japanese and Western seating. Only 1 real bedroom. A verandah and the sitting room became the other bedrooms with Japanese foldaway floor sleeping. Reasonably close and flat walk to Nara JR.

Great experience to stay in a park with full of wild deer walking outside of the facility. Love the quiet environment especially when it is almost sunset and very short walking distance to the nearby attraction places. Staff is really helpful and providing guidance for the park. Will certainly visiting this place again in the near future!

The location was great, close to Nara-Kintentsu and an easy walk from JR Nara station or cheap taxi ride. Breakfast was good, a gig piece of toast basically but quite tasty. Rooms were big and decent. Air-conditioning worked great as well.

Excellent Japanese breakfast and convenient location near Todaiji. Rooftop lounge is great for sunset views of Todaiji. Walking distance to most of the major sights. Friendly helpful staff and a newly renovated room with the very latest Bluetooth Toto. Bath is a bit small and only warm but still nice.

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel! The staff was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. They gave us recommendations on what to see in Nara and for where to have one of the best dinners we've had in Japan. The facilities were beautiful, with a gorgeous roof terrace with an amazing view that we enjoyed at sunset. The hotel's onsen gave us the chance of relaxing after so many days of traveling. The location was also great, close to major Nara attractions. We only stayed for one night, but wished we could have stayed for more.

The house itself is impeccably designed down to the smallest detail. It is both traditional and modern in its own unique way. It boasts a traditional Japanese garden that the owners could easily charge an entrance fee for. At the same time, it is a relaxed country idyll with lots of nature to explore, with chickens, fish and a wealth of natural wildlife. If you are after experiencing traditional Japanese home life, you'll struggle to find a better place (says my Japanese wife).
