The luxury tent features family rooms. I really loved the genuity of the place, truly local food and clean though simple lodgings. Compared to the other camps, the location of the camp in the desert is further from the village, so if you want to get the feeling of remoteness, go for it. I had never experienced such piece and quiet in my life as I did there. Mahmoud - the guide - is an experienced nice guy with plenty of knowledge of the local customs and is sensitive to visitors´ needs. While touring through the desert, he made us a delicious lunch and answered anything we asked about the Jordan culture or family traditions.

At the luxury tent, units include a patio. A balcony with an outdoor dining area and inner courtyard views is offered in each unit. At the luxury tent, each unit comes with bed linen and towels. Booking this accommodation was probably one of the best decisions during our visit to Jordan. You may find several very similar accommodations in the area: the tents and the camps are going to be very similar with very similar services, but none of them has Eid, who is the person who makes a real difference. We booked this accommodation looking for possibilities to book a tour in the desert too. We didn’t know how lucky we were when Eid wrote that he also offers day tours. We booked it and spent a fantastic day with him in his beloved desert. He took us to the must-see places, and some more; left us for small hikes, prepared a fantastic lunch, and cracked a few jokes which really turned the tour from a standard guided tour into a funny hike around the desert with our friend. He showed us his little game at the “chicken” stone which made this experience even more personal. The camp is about 10km in the desert in the right direction from the village, so, likely, you will not drive there with an average rented streetcar. Eid will pick you up from the Visitor Center. The tents are spacious with decent bathrooms and running water, shower, etc. You can surely charge your phone, but there is no signal, so prepare for an e-detox night in the camp - they are happy to drive you to a place with reception if it is important, but I suggest you rather stay and talk to the locals next to the campfire they make. :) Both the dinner and the breakfast were ample and tasty.

Adel Wadi Rum Camp Bubble is a recently renovated luxury tent in Wadi Rum, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. With garden views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The luxury tent provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Everything was great! Adel and his family did their best to make our stay as comfortable as it gets. They even let me prepare my own coffee 😁☕. We had the 4 hour jeep tour to the desert, the experience was superb! The bubble room was very comfortable with A/C, spacious bathroom and enormous large bed. Thank you Adel for this beautiful experience!

Wild Oryx Camp Bubbles is a recently renovated luxury tent in Wadi Rum, where guests can make the most of its barbecue facilities and shared lounge. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the outdoor fireplace, or enjoy views of the mountain and garden. Our stay at wild oryx camp was adventurous, authentic and unique! The camp is located perfectly for stargazing, and sunrise views as it is far away from the roads and the village. Our room had all the amenities mentioned in booking.com. Food was prepared by mr Sayed and was excellent! Mr Eid our host was very, very hospitable and helpful and really tried to accommodate our every need! He welcomed us into his home and made our experience at the wadi rum desert unforgettable!

The tent was clean, comfortable beds, amazing views from the tend and the surrounding was calm and breathtaking. But what made the stay so special for us was the unbelievable hospitality of Ahmad and his family. He treated us like family and we will recommend Wadi Rum Star Camp to all of our friends and family. Situated in Wadi Rum in the Aqaba Governorate region, Rum Magic Nights features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. This 5-star luxury tent offers a terrace. The luxury tent has family rooms. We stayed in January, so the AC on heat was a must and it worked. Hot water was plenty. The breakfast and dinner were some of the best we had in the entire Jordan trip.(and we also stayed at (disappointing) 4 star hotels...) It was clean, the "tent" was pretty newly constructed. Although they mention they don't have any shows for entertainment, they made us a campfire to talk to other tourists. The place is perfect for astrography. They work with Sayid, a great wadi rum desert guide. We booked a full day trip in the desert with lunch and it was the highlight of our trip in Jordan. Sayid was kind and funny and did his best to keep us entertained and took memorable pictures of our experience. He also cooked like a master chef :) So, when you search to book a jeep tour, ask for him and don't forget to tip.
