Very comfortable apartment within a larger house / property. Amazing views. All windows have mosquito nets and the whole house can be very breezy - we were there while there was a heat wave and did not have to turn on the airco. All the sitting areas inside and outside very welcomed. All the food the host prepared in the fridge and drawers were great for a quick breakfast. Very silent and peaceful. Thank you!

The host, Samantha and Luca, were so nice. We had a nice vacation in Cingoli staying at their B&B in a surrounding of full of nature. They served delicious diner and breakfast which were beyond our expectation. The husband Luca always surprises us by letting us see magnificent stars at night, taking sunset pictures with a drone, and cooking BBQ for us.

The house is in the perfect location if you have a car, only a few minutes drive from the center of Urbino. It has an amazing view of the surrounding hills and a magnificent sunset! It is fully restructured, so everything inside is new. The apartment where we stayed had a fully equipped kitchen, so it is perfect also for the ones who want to cook. The breakfast was really amazing, with a variety of salty and sweet food, as well as the food from that area.
