The staff is super helpful and very nice. They speak only German but it wasn’t any issue. We felt really well with them there. Breakfast was tasty. Also plus for mosquito net!

Everything. The location is perfect, it’s just a few hundred meters away from the city centre. The hosts were really nice. Really good price for value. The room and the bathroom were really clean and well designed. The matress was comfortable (not too soft). There were enough sockets in the room (for example next to the bed). We also apprecieted, that the windows have mosquito nets. AC was also available in the room. The wifi functioned well. Parking in the garden is available.

Very nice and equipped will all amenities you need apartment. There is a professional coffee mashine with coffee beans (which we appreciated very much). Also we had still and soda water in the fridge and coffee milk. Everything is nice, decorated with good taste and with attention to detail. The hosts where very careful and started the air conditioned, so after a long and hot day on more than 35 degrees, we arrived in a cool and pleasant home! There is also a cosy veranda where you can relax on the very comfortable sofas.

The food selection at the half board is very good, however I only eat gluten-free food and no cow milk, they do not put out the gluten-free deserts, you have to ask for, that I only found out by chance as there is no sign about it.It would be nice if they actually tell you before hand. They have a thermal pool and a pool with water from the lake too, which we found very good on one of the the rainy day. Variety of the Saunas is good. The forest around the Hotel is stunning.
