We had an exceptional and unforgettable stay from the moment we entered the hotel, and everything was wonderful. All the staff were wonderful, especially the young man at the reception. They offered us tours that were very enjoyable to visit the pyramids, the Egyptian Museum, Alexandria, and the White Desert, accompanied by our guide (Marwa). He met all our needs and it was an excellent experience. Very enjoyable, and the view of the rooftop from the top was very good, especially the Bedouin tent. I loved everything there. I recommend it.
The hotel is simply incredible. Like a beautiful palace in the desert, with incredible views from both the rooms and the pool. The food in the restaurant was very good and well presented, and all the staff will go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Amazing experience! I will definitely be back!
I loved the location. The view over the west bank, with the desert and the swimming spot is absolutely incredible. Staying there was amazing, everyone in the island is extremely welcoming and kind.
The room is suppper clean, tidy and comfy, which is completely out of my expectations because this hotel is located on the Island and the environment around is more raw and natural, but the hotel definitely make themselves achieve a high standard of cleanliness, with strong hot showers. The location is also near the ferry, pay 10EGP to the public ferry to cross the river.
I was greeted very kindly and openly by the receptionist Sarah. She immediately gave me information and a good tour offer. In the evening, she introduced me to her culture, that of Nubia, we visited a Nubian village and experienced the sunset on a hill.
Super clean place with fantastic facilities! Kamel, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was of his highest priority. And that speaks volumes! He was genuine and helped me with taxi’s, food, markets and anything I needed. I would 100 recommend this place to anyone considering Aswan! Annddddd I experienced the best sunset I’ve actually ever seen. The rooftop is a supurb view of the Nile river, greenery, desert and that glorious red sun.
Charming location: on a private island - we stayed literally with the Nile at our feet for 3 days in Aswan:) It gets quiet and lovely, shielded from the loud and crazy Aswan center life - the hotel has 2 terraces to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets on the Nile/desert 24/7 food/drinks availability, great shopping at the resort, great travel agency supporting us with the trip to Abu Simbel and airport transfers - friendly staff
