Super nice staff, that literally remembers every name from the beginning. Nice common area where you can chilly have a pool table, the pool is also available :) The rooms are nice, and they have a new building 1 minute away, which is nice cause its super quiet and calm :) outdoor bathroom! 🌞 Breakfast: pancakes with honey as much as you want and fruits with tea 🥰 (coffee is extra) Even if you check out you can still hang out there and ear there (food is amazing!) And they have lots of dogs and cats (rescued) 🥰 Thanks again for the lovely stay!! :)

Feel like a home away from home. The swimming pool is right outside our veranda so it felt nice sitting on the bed looking out to the pool. Great services from the owner Phung, his wife and team. Mr Phung went out of his way to ensure our comfort as we came to Hoi An Beach area right on the few hottest days of the month, Mr. Phung provided us an extra fan adding to the air-conditioner in the room. I have 2 set of dressy silk top and bottom made by his wife in 24 hours at excellent price.
