Excellent location by the river with nice pool and friendly staff. The manager Hung was very attentive and caring. He went to pick our family up at a location away from Phong Nha at short notice at midnight (as the previous tour operator sent us in the wrong bus) to bring us to the hotel. Large family rooms with comfortable beds, mini fridge, kettle, wifi and nice bath. A great base to explore the wonders of Phong Nha. We will be back.

It was a shame that we couldn't enjoyed it as it was supposed to because of the heavy rain. We arrived on a bus in the early hours of the morning and he picked us up - very grateful. The rooms were clean, cozy, mountainous/rice fields views. Breakfast was great. I was so sad we couldn't use the pool because it looked so beautiful! He was always around to help if you had any questions making sure our stay was the best. He took us to the cave as soon as it was open so we can at least see something in Phong Nha. Restaurants recommendations were great, Bikes are free which is perfect. Laundry service was great too. Then he booked the bus for us too and took us to the bus station. Overall, great experience!! The owner, Gem, was so nice and made our stay very comfortable. She helped us to arrange transit and gave local recommendations. The bungalows are so cute with everything we needed, including air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with shower (not a wet room). The pool and restaurant seating area were gorgeous. Though it's near a main road, it is set back enough to be quiet. Scooter rental is also offered, as well as tour booking. This place has it all!
