Excellent. Situated next to a lovely lotus pond and still close to Buffalo Bay (walkable distance) and to a great restaurant Ta Yai, this place offers amazing opportunities to explore Ko Payam. The dorm and bungalows are top notch. The paths are kept tidy. the plants are taken care of. Drinking water, tea, coffee, breakfast available on-site for reasonable prices as well. The best, of course, is the human touch that Lek gives to Rabbit Bungalow dwellers. He is attentive and considerate of whatever needs you might have, easy to talk to, and fun.

PP Land Beach Eco Resort is located on Ao Hin Khao Beach. It offers sea view bungalows with fan and free Wi-Fi. The property is equipped with a swimming pool, laundry service and free public parking.

The whole place is beautifull. The host and the stuff were very kind and helpfull. The bangalow was amazing and well designed to the smallest detailes. There was a tab to wash the lags at the enterence of the bangalow. The beach is buetifull, clean and quite. We felt privacy and quite although the place was fully booked. Defenetly we will come back !

Very high standard for a very reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is very close to the pier. You can rent a scooter with the resort.

The team at Chomjan really went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. They catered to food requests, organised transport and days out, and were there when ever we needed help or advice. I loved that they loaned us little coolers to take beers to the beach, and the Thai food was authentic (coming from a longtime Thailand resident). We really enjoyed out stay. :-)

I really loved my stay here, it's a quiet place in the center of Ko Phayam, surrounded by the forest. The family who run the bungalows were very kind and they're always available should you need anything. The bungalow was simple and just perfect for relaxing. The bed was super spacious for one person. My favorite detail was the hammock on the terrace. There were bug screens on all doors and windows and an extra mosquito net around the bed, which I really appreciated. I was comfortable in the room with the fan for a breeze, didn't even need the fan during the night. The family also runs a restaurant just in front of the bungalows, the food was good (I especially liked the Burmese tea leaf salad), the prices were very affordable, and they have plenty of vegan/vegetarian options. Wifi is available at the restaurant. You can also rent a scooter directly from them. I thought that location was perfect, there're plenty of other restaurants in the immediate vicinity if you're staying for a while (there's a place that does mango sticky rice with vegan ice cream right across the road that I still daydream about). There are a couple of small shops a couple of minutes on foot from the bungalows. Ko Phayam is fully walkable, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the bungalow from the port and maybe 10 minutes to the beach. Can't wait to be back.

The Vibe: chilled out, great music played every evening. Meals on offer were great - pay by donation. The people were the main thing that made this place great. The sunsets over the sea were incredible.
