The property was in a fantastic location, right next to the beach and good for walking either towards La Zenia or Cabo Roig. There are lots of very impressive villas in the area to look at whilst out on walks. Within the apartment itself everything was brand new and of good quality. It was exceptionally clean, well equipped and the perfect size for two. The location was very peaceful and the outside area benefited from shade which was very welcome after a hot day at the beach. The sun beds were extremely comfortable too and perfect for chilling out on. The communal pool was an added bonus. This was also quiet and well maintained. Communication from the letting agent was great and I felt confident he would respond quickly if needed. Luckily this wasn’t required.

Lovely top floor apartment, spacious, fast internet, great roof terrace that gets sun from early in morning until about 4pm at this time of year. Just remember to take cushions inside if you want to enjoy the sun early morning otherwise they get damp at night and won't dry until about 11am. Fully equipped kitchen including oven and kettle. Ensuite with double bedroom and pool seems to be open all year round albeit they are all cold in February but as a runner I half enjoyed it for 15 minutes at a time. About 10 minutes walk to large supermarket and pubs and restaurants at roundabout on N332. Got parked outside entrance every day. Good value apartment.

Stayed here for 3 weeks. Excellent communication from the time of booking, questions answered and everything explained. We were able to get an earlier check-in, and were met at the property. They were super friendly and showed us around. The bungalow itself was perfect, everything you could need was there. A home from home. Great outdoor spaces, pool close by . Lovely spacious indoors and outdoor areas, highly recommended. Very safe and quiet surroundings, with a nice short walk to lots of amenities.
