This place was perfect for a little getaway. Well equipped with everything from washing machines to coffee makers and a stove. It was quiet, comfortable and not too far away from the beach, great restaurants or the excitement of town.

we loved how it was surrounded by nature, nice and quiet. the location was great for relaxing and going to the beach, with great restaurants nearby and not to far from Puerto Viejo in taxi. we stayed in the original room we booked but it was by the reception and was a last minute booking. but we asked if there was any better rooms with air conditioning. the staff was brilliant and after 1 night they moved us to a new lodge nearer the pool area. also they new it was our honeymoon and gave us a bottle of champagne and flowers on the bed. all in all great hotel and stay.

The host Nicolas was very helpful with guidance regarding his farm and in generel with things to do in the area. I can Only say that you have to try a stay at his place.

The hosts Nadine and Michel, were very welcoming, they left us fruit and drinks, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The bungalow was perfect, very private, plunge pool was a great plus, large comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, and a great patio to sit at night with a wonderful view of stars and planets on a clear evening. During the day from the patio we observed many animals and birds, it was like staying in our own National park. There were howler monkeys, agoutis, toucans, humming birds and many more. Walking to the beach we saw some sloths too.

Great place to stay. Tamara is a wonderful host and the bungalow has everything you need. Kitchen is super good equipped and the hammock was a big plus. Location is a bit away from the busy center which we liked very much. It is super quiet (minus the animals) and you can see a lot of Wildlife on the property.

The room was blended in with the tall trees of the 'jungle' - it was very special ! The decoration in the room set a unique atmosphere. Leon is a very friendly host. Breakfast was fresh and very filling. We wish we had more than 30mins in the morning to enjoy it more. Leon had great recommendations for restaurants near his place and in Puerto Viejo.
