Bungalows in Fortuna

The cottage/house was super cozy at very "quiet” place. Leydi, the owner, was super nice and friendly. We had three choices for breakfast. On our request she made the breakfast a bit bigger and shared with us some complimentary bananas from their own garden. We had/saw a sloth on a tree, right in front of the house. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen with dinner few appliances and very basic equipment.

Excellent location although a little out of Fortuna and away from all the other Hotspring hotels and facilities but that is ok - made it more special 👌

I hope my feedback works for you. People who genuinely care about giving you good service. Splendid hygiene (I usually pre-warm the bed, and everything is in order). Old house and installation but they are attentive, you will not find the latest technology and luxury handrails but everything is functional and decorated with tasteful taste. We were my husband and my teenage children, also in other rooms friends of many years and have good opinion. Prices neither high nor low, I think they are fair. Breakfast 9 different alternatives, for a small hotel I think it is fantastic. It is appreciated. It is a la carte. From 7 am to 9 30 am. We asked the last day 10 minutes in advance to take away and there was no problem. The activities we were not sure in the world the hotels be more expensive but has menu in the rooms and previous you get and we could verify the vast majority had favorable special prices, the young lady explained to me that they have strived to be orderly with their finances and enter into some alliances what they are entitled to benefit the guest and encourage their reservations, and at the same time earn, always support in our locality local and family trade, it is important for responsible economy. I thought the waste was not organized but there was a truck removing plastics and other separation separation do it individually, it would be easier for them that guests do it thanking the recommendation.

The on-site hot springs are beautiful. The included 30 min spa treatments (one per stay pp) were a nice touch. The activity (one per stay pp) was brilliant. The bird life around the property and the trail walk is beautiful. Lunch was good for veggies and view from the restaurant to the volcano is amazing. Pool bar man is a diamond!
