And a gym that’s ok but it’s free so can’t complain, point is pretty cool place to stay at👍😀

The staff was very polite and courteous. Thry helped us with check-in even though we arrived late at night. The night manager and supporting staff were very helpful and kind. Rooms were very clean, well-equipped and spacious. Great ambience in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was very tasty had ample variety. Along with the breakfast spread they offered us several vegan dishes from the veg menu to order from the live kitchen during the breakfast buffet. All the staff members here are really polite and warm. Especially Kathy the customer relations manager is very warm and friendly and makes sure your stay is very comfortable and ensuring everything is going well. The hotel has a complimentary steam and sauna. They also have a free shuttle from and to the Hoi An Ancient Town centre and Cua Dai Beach. Another customer relayions manager Luna was very efficient in helping us locate the shuttle. The location of the hotel is great, with everything nearby and a supermarket just on the opposite side of the road. This hotel is impeccable! Makes you want to come again and stay.
