We were so impressed with Omina Hotel that we came back after our week in Sapa and the HaGiang loop for another two days. Likes: comfortable king size bed, good size room, staff were very attentive, offered assistance for all aspects, organized a driver to the airport last minute and cheaper than GRAB, breakfast offered both a menu item specially prepared and a buffet. Room was upgraded at no charge (low season) and they allowed us to leave our large bags while we traveled north. This hotel offers excellent value and comfort. A great location and choice.
