All reception staff personnel were really friendly and they even recommended us local restaurants, shops and trip ideas. Room was clean and tidy, rooftop bar has really good atmosphere and we also had view of nearby lake and it's temple from our room.

The location is great, and the front desk staff is very helpful and attentive. After checking out, they allowed us to store our luggage for 2 days (with an option to pay for a locked luggage storage at $1 USD per day). They also let us rest in the lobby and use the bathroom and shower facilities. I asked them to arrange an airport transfer, and the price was reasonable. It's a really nice hostel.

Small and cozy place. Excellent location and the rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean. Also with a very beautiful. But the most of all, the staff are very friendly, kind and very, very professional.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. It is very close to Old Quarter, so you can walk on foot, and the location is in a quiet nighbourhood, so we could get a proper sleep. Large variety of foods for breakfast. Mr Luke from reception was very helpful and provided great information about what to do in Hanoi

Great stay, clean rooms and central location! All the staff were amazing, especially Ms Lisa, one of the receptionist. I appreciated how transparent they were with the noise, as there is a nightclub right next door. They were very reassuring that they would be happy to move me to another hotel if the noise was too disruptive.
