We have been travelling through Vietnam for three weeks and this was our favourite hotel. Amazing staff that speak English well and the rooms are so comfortable. The highlight of the stay was probably the breakfast and the rooftop bar.

Perfect location if you want to stay close to salons, cafes, night market, lake, massage places, etc. Very clean bedsheets and towels. They clean the room everyday. They provide free bottled waters daily. Superb customer service. We booked airport transfer with them and the staff went above and beyond to help us with our luggage and all. It's like a 5 star service We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family. If we ever go back to Hanoi, we'll stay again in this hotel Super thanks to Tammy, the chef and all staff

Friendly staff, always instantly available for any assistance during the day until 10pm. The rooms are beautiful, clean and well equiped. Busy street in front but very quiet at night, secure place. Also they have a nice indoor pool and gym.

The welcome and the continuous hospitality of the staff (Hana, Mike and Viet) during our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect in a vibrant area of the city but we were not disturbed by any noise. The bedroom and bathroom was comfortable, clean and large enough. Breakfast was sufficient to start the day! Laundry service, travel service and advice about what to-do and where to go was much appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again next time we visit Hanoï.
