Our bus arrived super early, and they still took the call and let us wait there until a room was free. The lady even made some tea for us and lend us a lying down chair with a pillow and blanket to take a rest, and gave us the room as soon as it was free.

The hotel is located across from unity Square, so it is very convenient and centrally located. The staff were all very helpful and gracious. The breakfast bar on the roof in the morning was lovely. The rooftop is a nice place to enjoy an evening cocktail as well. The room was not very big, but we didn’t spend much time in the room. Most important was that it was clean and well appointed. It has a nice coffee shop on the first floor, but there is not a place to eat lunch at the hotel. You can, however, order food in the evening at the rooftop bar . Upon checkout, staff did a check of the room before we left and found my husband’s envelope with cash in it, and promptly ran it down to us! That honesty speaks for itself. if we would return to Pleiku we would definitely stay here again.
