He talked to the Bodaboda guy to get me to his apartment. He changed the room with a bigger one without extra money! He is warm and willing to help you. Good value for money. The hotel has an amazing view, a serine environment with nice sitting areas where you can sit and eat/ have a drink in front of the view. Service was excellent and everybody were so nice and helpfull.We took the hotel kayaks to explore the lake (free for guest's use).

We are two young women and we stayed at the Ruhija Gorilla Guest house for one night and then tracked with the gorillas the next day but we would have stayed longer! Our room was fantastic, spacious, clean and with two big comfortable beds. The dinner they cooked for us was great and Cylia is careful to fulfil your every wish. Before dinner we visited the village (an experience not to be missed) we met the local people and visited the school and the orphanage; all the people are extremely kind.
