- Location is amazing, very quiet where the hotel is at, but tons of great restaurants and bars within 2 min
- Staff are very friendly and helpful
- The hotel is very new, everything is very clean and comfortable
- One of those rare cases when I'm reality it looks better than in pictures

When I arrived at the apartment, I was happy to find it was exactly as advertised.
The studio apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy.
It was also well furnished with a wonderfully comfortable bed, a couch, TV, dining table, and a kitchenette that had all the essential appliances and cookware I needed for my short stay.
The apartment’s location was very convenient, I was able to walk to numerous shops, restaurants, also parking free and secured

The host is so lovely and welcoming. Always in touch. I was staying for 10 days and I enjoyed it big time. It’s very clean, quiet and very elegant apartment. The location is great too, just next to metro, big supermarket and shopping center in the same building, many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I will stay here again.

I travelled in winter so it was one of rare places where was electricity, heating and hot water in Kiev. Central location.
Very clean and cosy appartment but small so its good for short-term stay. Bad sound insulation as the walls are very thin and located very near from each other.
Comfortable chek-in and check out. I was not attentive reading the conditions so missed information about deposit.
Overall it is a good option for business trip.
