Jam packed with daily activities and high quality staff. A special shout out to Ms. Tulay Basdemir, who is the guest relations manager. She achieves what others strive for in customer service. Anything we needed/requested she went far beyond the call of duty. Thank you truly Ms. Basdemir for helping make this vacation exceptionally good. The hotel, staff, food, rooms were great. The pool was REMARKABLE!!!!!! Met people from all over the world. "Service with a smile" is an understatement. The Concorde Deluxe Resort was fantastic!! Highly recommend this resort. Situated in the old town, this hotel, set in a renovated old mansion, is a little gem with old furniture, a lovely courtyard, and a decent size swimming pool to enjoy. The rooms (we had two stays in two different rooms) are charming and of adequate size. The Turkish breakfast, served in the lovely lobby or in the courtyard is outstanding, with handmade jams and a daily different savoury dish to complement the rest (and the "rest" is quite plentiful; so much in fact that we regularly skipped lunch) All staff is lovely and extremely helpful, and the atmosphere extremely relaxed. We couldn't ask for more.

Location is great Club lunch offers exelent service, food is exceptionally delicious. Service in the club room is polate and helpful. Really good service
