Anything we needed/requested she went far beyond the call of duty. Thank you truly Ms. Basdemir for helping make this vacation exceptionally good. The hotel, staff, food, rooms were great. The pool was REMARKABLE!!!!!! Met people from all over the world. "Service with a smile" is an understatement. The Concorde Deluxe Resort was fantastic!! Highly recommend this resort. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.

From breakfast to early check-in, his hospitality and support along with the whole team made me feel both comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Cleanliness is especially important to me, and I was genuinely satisfied. The bed linens were spotless, smelled fresh, and I was able to sleep peacefully. The fact that the hotel is new is also a big plus, everything was fresh and the atmosphere was modern and tastefully designed. It's also just a 15-minute walk to the beach, and the museum is within walking distance too. I’d be happy to stay here again :)

The location couldn’t be better – right in the center, with the beach just a short walk away, making it easy to explore and relax by the sea. The suites themselves are fantastic, with all the facilities we could need for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Emre, who made our visit even more enjoyable. He was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests we had, making communication so easy and smooth. We truly felt welcomed and at home.
