One of the most special, well-designed and pleasant hotels I've stayed in for a long time. Great attitude from the owner of the hotel. Great breakfast. Also a delicious and rich dinner. design of the rooms, it is a special thing. Attention to the small details. Great location in the old town. I planned to be here for one night and stayed for 3 nights. Great location for trips to nearby cities. highly recommend.

Toutou’s place is absolutely beautiful and has everything required for a long stay - air conditioned private room, fast wifi, clean and nice bathroom and shower, large kitchen. Breakfast, laundry and driver services are also all available. But best of all, you get to experience Toutou’s amazing hospitality: from cookies with your name baked into them on arrival, to the best local recommendations for all places nearby like El Jem, Kairouan, and Monastir, Toutou really makes you feel at home. The property is also located in a quiet residential area, away from the tourist traps. I would absolutely recommend staying at Dar Hkaïem.

We had the most perfect ending of our trip in Tunisia at this little gem in Hergla. To be honest, we already had quite high expectations of our stay because of the good reviews. Actually we didn't know much about Hergla and we came mostly for L'artisan and the fact that Hergla was a small place close to the sea. Both Hergla and L'artisan surpassed our expectations. Hergla is such a nice little relaxed town. It didn't feel crowded with turists and it still had a sleepy holiday vibe to it. The houses are beautiful and the people are friendly. Our room at L'artisan was huge and beautifully decorated and the owner went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect stay. The owner is an excellent chef (and by excellent i really mean excellent). Everything we had from his kitchen was top notch - he even arranged for us to go on a boat trip with a local friend and his son, and when we spontaneously decided to buy fish from local guys during this trip he prepared them for us for dinner. Go here, you won't regret it.

We were at the hotel with the kids, Staff were very friendly and helpful: the reception, luggage, restaurant, room service, etc... We opted for an all-inclusive option, which was perfect, especially with the children Food was excellent with plenty of varieties of all tastes in the buffet at the main restaurant Entertainment during the day and in the evenings was amazing. The entire family had fun, from pool foam party to evening samba show and beach party with professional DJ. The entertainment team and the kids' club team were very professional Cleanliness was also perfect We enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely return to this hotel

My stay at the studio was very good, and I was happy with everything. It's a really calm and comfortable place, which made the atmosphere very relaxing. The location is great, and having secure parking was a big plus. The host was friendly and helpful, and we had good communication too.
