The accommodation was right next to the main street, yet it was still quiet within the premises. The manager was very kind, friendly, and helpful, always at the reception with a smile, ready to assist with any question. The beach was just a 2-minute walk away, and there was a bar called *Meeting Point* with amazing drinks and breathtaking sunsets. Most importantly, there were trees providing shade from the sun. The beach was rocky, but even with kids, it didn’t bother us because we alternated between different beaches. I highly recommend the restaurant right next to the accommodation — *Nong Pheat Kitchen*. The food was amazing, full of Thai flavors and vibrant colors. It was prepared quickly, and the price was very reasonable.

This recently renovated homestay is located 6.1 km from Police Station and 14 km from Lanta Old Town. The homestay features family rooms. We had a wonderful time in Baiyok house, and ended up staying here for 2 weeks. Baiyok and her family are fantastic hosts - always kind and thoughtful, taking care for everything we needed, and giving good advice. They really made us feel at home, and we were really sad to leave. The property and the rooms are very clean. The rooms getting cleaned every other day, including change of towels and bedsheets. There is a common kitchen that they keep stacking with snacks, which was very nice. You can't cook in the kitchen, but sometimes the grandma is cooking breakfast which was really good. The location was great, a short walking distance from the beach, many nice restaurants, cafes and coworking space, minimart and more. All in all, great experiance.

Super clean, great location, quiet, very friendly personal who always takes care of you (e.g. they offered to change my sheets cause I was staying for longer and have some water). The smell was also good - they had a schedule when they open the window and when the AC is on. The lockers were big and the door closed quietly.
