Sometimes you can even spot elephants in the distance, which feels magical. The location is great too: it’s close to everything and there’s also a beach nearby. The staff were wonderful, always kind and helpful. We’d definitely love to come back.

Delicious breakfast and food, with beautiful decks right on the water.

My bungalow had a great porch with a hammock and bench seat with lots of cushions. It was so cosy to chill there. The 2 women who run the place were very lovely and helpful.

The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of a small village with everything just steps away. Although it’s close to the street, the resort still managed to feel calm and peaceful, offering the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The refreshing red pool was a highlight for me, providing a much-needed escape from the heat. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a great stay. And the breakfast? Fresh, delicious, and served with care—it was a wonderful start to a day. This resort truly combines convenience, comfort, and great hospitality. I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking to explore the local area while enjoying a clean and cozy retreat.

During the stay, Watercolours provides a complimentary use of the canoes and kayaks to paddle up or down to the nearest beach - Khlong Prao Beach. We loved everything about our stay at Watercolours. The location is fantastic, we thoroughly enjoyed kayaking down to the beach along the pristine river, the hotel feels like home as you relax in the lounge area overlooking the river, breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff are ready to help you with anything that you need.
