Everything was perfect! The staff is very friendly! They attended all our needs and we felt like at home. We were traveling by bicycle and they were super helpful to keep them safe! The check in was without meeting anyone and the directions that were sent to me by email were easy to understand and we got up into our room quickly. Never saw a person the whole time we were there. My son’s apartment was just around the corner so location was perfect!
