Firstly I have to say that Barbara was an incredible host, she helped us a lot and really made us feel at home. The room was very clean and quaint, it had everything we needed from comfortable beds to a really good bathroom. It was also quite spacious thus we had plenty of space to put our stuff. The facilities are really nice. They got a huge terrace and garden with an amazing view over the valley. The pension is located right in the center of the valley. Thus a perfect base for hiking and climbing the surrounding mountains. They also got a campfire spot outside but they only turn it on during the weekends or with special events. The food here is amazing. We had dinner both nights that we were here and everything was delicious! The ingredients are all locally sourced and they offer many traditional dishes (but also plenty of comfort food). The breakfast was also very good and especially varied, plenty of options. To conclude, we had an amazing stay at Hisa Ojstrica and I am sure that when I return to the logar valley, I will come back to this pension!

We also loved the location: in the middle of nature and the whole place is just so beautiful, as are the cottages.

Close enough to town that we could have resources for activities (bicycle rentals), but still felt like a quiet retreat to disconnect from our phones and enjoy the beauty.

The spacious homestay comes with a cable flat-screen TV. Towels and bed linen are provided in the homestay. The accommodation is non-smoking. The host was very helpful. We messaged her to ask for a lot things and she replied to it promptly. The stay was also very comfortable. The place has all the things anyone could ask for. She happily agreed for the breakfast at 12 noon as we were tired the night we reached and next day was working so had just the time around 12 for meal. She also asked us to take the left bread with us to the room for later. It was very humble of her as due to working day, we didn’t have time to go anywhere.

We were offered a delicious welcome drink on our arrival of a homemade blueberry liquor. The breakfast was outstanding, including jams, yogurt, honey, meats, and cheese made by the hosts themselves. They also offered a cooked portion of eggs and pancakes. The coffee station was outstanding. If I could have the breakfast every day, I would! You can also pay separately to eat here for dinner. The menu features local cuts of many meats and was also absolutely delicious. Otherwise the bed was comfortable. Even though I saw only the two owners while here, it was supremely clean throughout the place. The view of the river and surrounding area is lovely, and each room features a balcony. If you have the opportunity to stay here, I highly recommend you take advantage of it!

The accommodation offers a concierge service and a housekeeping service for guests. A perfect idyllic stay in the Logar Valley. The rooms were perfectly furnished with quality wood pieces that made it feel homey and welcoming and allowed for plenty of storage and unpacking spaces. The beautiful balcony allowed us to take in the scenery while enjoying the spectacular view. The shower was hot and strong and refreshing after a day hiking. Breakfast was lovely and the coffee was amazing!! The common spaces were wonderful and relaxing. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.
