After reading some scary reviews of most of the stay options on the island, this one exceeded all of my expectations. 1. Overall design, usability, and comfort of the room. It has everything you might need, and it is in perfect working condition. 2. Location is great: it's quiet and calm, a nice beach is just 20m from the gates, and Anse Lazio (the best beach on the islands, in my opinion) is only 5 euros and 5 minutes away. The supermarket is 100 meters away and is open until late. 3. The host was really professional, responsive, and welcoming. 4. Our room was cleaned nicely every day while we were away. 5. Wi-fi was present on all territory and was stable and as fast as at home (really fast). It was a pure pleasure!

Everything was super clean and modern! The villa is well located but we recommend renting a car to enjoy the freedom to explore Praslin. Hazel and Vinc were adorable and very helpful. The property was clean, spacious and well maintained with everything one may need, even for a longer stay. There is a nice patio, if you’re staying on the first floor, and also a cute little yard with a parking spot (or two). The house is located close to one of the more populated areas on the island with lots of supermarkets, restaurants, and takeaways, which are very popular among locals. It’s within a walking distance to Praslin airport, where there are two ATMs. We used “the left one” with our Revolut card and there were no charges or fees for withdrawing. The jetty is about 20 minutes away by car, and Anse Georgette (Constance Lemuria) is also really close by. Our hostess was very friendly, welcoming and responsive. She gave us a lot of good tips and recommendations for restaurants, tours, etc.

Best location, close to 2 of best beaches in the island - you will need a car though; the Appartments are really big & spacious, kitchen is well-equipped; there are only 4 rooms so it is really quiet and cosy; we would definitely come back - honestly best place to stay in Praslin; also the guy taking care of property is very friendly and helpful; all in all we had amazing time here
