In fact when I got to the Hotel, it was awesome service A to Z maa shaa ALLAH. I loved the free Shuttle to Haram and the quality and professional services rendered by everyone of the staff at Al Nood. The staff members exhibited exceptional customer service skills and treated me like family. I have recommended Al Nood to all my family and friends. I will love to come back there over and over again. What a lovely experience! I will give them 5 star any day any time.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time on a work trip, and this time I tried the single bed. It was just as comfortable as the king size. Despite the hotel being fully booked during a holiday, it still maintained the highest standards. The rooms are spotless with scent of freshness, the kitchen offers plenty of options with delicious meals, and the entire staff from the bellboy to management remains remarkably professional even during high workload periods. Highly recommended. Definitely will choose this hotel again.
