The apartment is beautiful, we ended up missing dinner with friends because we fell asleep on the couch… 😂 woke up the next day feeling refreshed and caught the first lift as it’s only 2 min walk to the chairlifts!

- free ski bus that takes us to ski centre within 10 minutes, the buses stop in front of the building; - amazing restaurant Restoran Kraljevi Čardaci just across the road - super clean and comfortable to stay, we booked an apartment that can accommodate 5 people for the three of us, just spacious enough for 3 of us; - equipped with kitchen and fridge, so we can buy ingredients from the supermarket across the road and cook our own meals; - there is a cafe inside the building where i could get nice coffee every morning - very friendly staff!! - great value for money!

Set near the village of Brzeće, at an altitude of about 1 km above sea level, Brzeće Center Apartments is a part of Brzeće Tourist Center complex. Kopaonik is 18 km away.

It was very clean and modern and the best thing it was that is just a 3 minutes walk to the gondola. P.S. For who is going for the first time there is a gondola, also ski rental and you take it to go up to the mountain and then on your skiis you go down to the ski center.

Easy to reach, very convenient on our road trip to some more remote Serbian monasteries. Lots of parking. Nice view from the balcony of the restaurant. Good food in very large portions (larger than anything we encountered during our whole trip). No airco, but the rooms are downstairs and don’t have direct sun, so pleasant even during heat wave. Staff was friendly and communication worked well enough. Would stay here again when in the area (there are very few options and this worked well enough).

Exceptional hospitality. This is a house for tourists with apartments. The house is on beautiful tourist walking routs - 1 hour slow walk to Treska peak (exceptional!!!!! views) and about 2 hours to the Obelisk (close to Pancic peak). By car 12 min from Kopaonik ski resort. Located in the forest (other sites nearby are overbuilt in high modern architecture and overcrowded). We had comfortable beds and large rooms, 2 sofas in the living room, and 2 bedrooms - one with single and 1 with double bed. There was a kitchenette with everything in one corner of the living room. Also you can order dinner/breakfast in the house if you want. The internet is very good. Free parking. Accepted us late at night, since the host lives in the house. In winter it is very warm - with central heating. We went for 3 nights and stayed 4. Accessible by road by car - gps led us to a sort of crossroad where there is a wooden sign with the name of Villa Kostic and you must make a sharp turn to the left and drive to the end.
