From his first "Welcome home!" as I had stepped through the door, Diogo made sure I felt welcome and well taken care of throughout my extended stay. Aside from the attentive hosts, nothing beats the unlimited washer-drier availability, with separate shoe drier gadget and a mud cleaner available in case you get caught by a storm along the hike. A warm fireplace and additional blankets take care of the winter chill, not to mention a complimentary cup of local wine, hot tub showers, and a fully equipped kitchen. I could not recommend this place more.

Amazing stay, rooms are very cozy and the beds are super comfortable. Location is great, you can walk anywhere. The staff, however, is absolutely the best: both Anne and Vítor were super considerate and helpful, our car broke down 5 minutes away on arrival and they both gave us rides on different days, Vítor even went around with us to several car shops trying to find us a fix. We'll definitely be back!
