The staff is friendly and helpful.

Staff was amazing, I hope they are appreciated by the employer for the work they put in. I don’t need to mention certain staff cause they all stood out as service-minded, polite and professional. The facility and room was very clean and new. Gym had a nice view from the 11th floor and was spacious and well equipped if you compare it to many other gyms. I had high expectations and was still pleasantly surprised!

This place is simple, budget friendly, but so very comfortable and simply had one of the most outstanding staff I've ever met in my travel experience. A shout out to Judy, Jaz and Abraham, who all went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. They went above and beyond in their customer service. An example of this is when we checked in, Judy hearing that my husband and I needed to return to the Puerto Princesa airport the following day to board our van for an ongoing trip to Port Barton, took it upon herself to contact our transport company and arranged for a pickup directly from Adlaw Inn. Outstanding customer service! This place is also incredibly clean. It was such a pleasant experience that we booked Adlaw Inn a week later when we had return to Puerto Princesa for our flight to Manila.
