Breakfast was very hood, and when we had early day trips they prepared a luchbox for us. The staff was amazing and everything exceeded my expectations. The bed was huge and very comfortable . They helped us with taxi, booking our day trips and everything went smoothly. Our bags stayed at the hotel when we left for a couple of days and we did not have any problems, in fact we were surprised to arrive late and find our bags already in the room!

The Deluxe Room is very good, clean, and pleasant, with a balcony facing the street. Everything was working well in the room, and we didn’t miss anything. However, the Queen Room had a bad smell coming from the bathroom, and it didn’t have any windows to the outside of the building. I would suggest staying in the Deluxe Room. The hotel's common facilities are excellent, offering water and tea 24 hours a day. The breakfast is fantastic (the best we had during our entire trip to Peru). In addition to the food being super fresh, the staff who prepare the meals are extremely kind and attentive. The receptionists, especially Corina, are outstanding! They are very efficient and solved every issue we brought to them. They also gave us excellent tips and always tried to help us in the best way possible. Conclusion: Definitely worth the investment. Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent service, and excellent breakfast.
