Nearby cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, ATMs, and local spots all around. There’s a small grocery shop in the same building, and they offer car rentals if you’re heading to explore the mountains or coast. Facilities are well-maintained; fully equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms, and common areas. They have storage space if you arrive early or check out late, and super flexible with check-in timing. In short, value for money, excellent location, and true Omani hospitality. This place is an exceptional base while in Salalah. Highly recommend for anyone exploring Dhofar as an independent traveler.

The property has a year-round outdoor pool, fitness centre, sauna and garden. Very nice hotel, well located right by the sea. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a room with a balcony and sea view. Fantastic! Everything is very clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and professional. I would particularly like to mention the waiters Nahid and Rassel, as well as the lady at reception – they do a great job! The hotel manager was also very courteous and made our stay unforgettable. The most beautiful hotel on our trip through Oman – highly recommended!

Wake up to the view from balcony, sometimes you can spot a big cruise or a cargo vessel pass by! The venue is spotless clean, smells good with frankincense! A little detour from city center but i prefer a serene and calm location than bustling crowd and cement structures all around! I went there with parents, who enjoyed the pleasant stay this place offered! The Host is an amazing person! An Omani National - he ensured we had everything during our stay! Very humble and good at heart person! He blew our mind with amazing hospitality! Super glad i met a wonderful person during my stay! Suggestion - kindly prepare an alternative dental/ shaving kit, towels/ other small toiletries…! He is one person trying to arrange everything, sometimes things may get delayed! But he will arrange for sure!
