Situated just 20 km from Opua Forest, FOREST WATERS features accommodation in Haruru with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as a shared kitchen. Overall, the accomodation was fabulous! The grounds were really peaceful and it was only a 10 minute drive to town. So much nicer than staying in town with a lot of noise and people around. The hosts were kind, warm and generous but also gave us our own space and privacy. I'd never stayed in a B&B style accomodation before so this was a new experience and I'd do it again. If I have the opportunity to come back to the Northlands of NZ I'd definitely stay again.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 800 metres from Whangarei Art Museum. The property is non-smoking and is situated less than 1 km from Claphams Clock Museum. Great place to stay .All three of us happy with all aspects of this place

Set in Mangawhai in the Northland region, Mangawhai Heads apartment has a patio and garden views. The property features inner courtyard views. The apartment also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. The friendly welcome from our hosts Jan and Chris. The accommodation was exactly as described. Very comfortable, nice breakfast selection including lovely fresh sourdough bread. Jan recommended heading to the surf beach to see the last of the sun which was beautiful. She also recommended a restaurant/pub for dinner which was perfect for our last night in NZ. To top it all off, the skies were so clear from the garden, we were able to see the Milky Way and millions of stars. A perfect end to our holiday. Thanks for hosting us. Couldn't have been better.

We instantly felt at home and truly wish we had stayed longer. When we again travel to New Zealand Wisteria Way is definitely on our list of places to stay again. And Theresa's baking and coffee are sn added bonus!!
