Great art and aesthetic appeal. Views of the garden from the rooms. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and I will go back there if I visit Kathmandu again.

The hotel’s pickup and drop-off service was impeccable. As a first-time visitor to Nepal and a solo female traveler, I felt completely at ease. One gesture that stood out and truly touched me occurred during my departure. While on the way to the airport with their drop-off service, the receptionist messaged me to let me know that I had accidentally left behind a bag of souvenirs. At that point, we had already reached the airport, but the driver kindly returned to the hotel, retrieved my bag, and delivered it to me at the airport—all free of charge and with remarkable speed, given my flight was fast approaching. Overall, my experience at Hotel Jampa was wonderful. From the reception staff to the drivers and even the bodyguard, everyone contributed to making my first stay in Kathmandu feel safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu. 🌟
