We had a small issue with the shower, and I messaged the host, who came over within an hour to fix it, which was spectacular! The view from the apartment was super , mountains full of snow just a hands distance .The location was perfect , in the city center , all amenities in the kitchen were fantastic , everything was there tea , coffee , oil ,sugar and many many more items in the kitchen free to use The TV, washing machine ,dryer and dishwasher were in perfect condition .We used all and were very satisfied . The house was independent with a separate entrance . The check in was very comfortable and easy . The host Mr Pier was very good helped and answered all our queries to our satisfaction . He called every day to know our whereabouts. Informed us about local conditions . We felt very safe .

They are the beating heart of the establishment and I appreciated the kindness and warmth they extended to me. They also organise adventures with Constantine, who can show you the best spots around Pyramiden and is just the most decent, fun, and knowledgable companion to explore with! Two nights was not long enough of a stay, a hotel not to be missed.
