The gym is really well laid out and equipped. We loved the flexibility of having breakfast in the buffet or Gordon Ramsay restaurant. It is hard to highlight anyone, as all staff were fabulous. Zuliana was always warm and welcoming. Badrul was always very helpful and provided us with a wheel chair for our aunty. She really enjoyed exploring the hotel and connected shopping centre with us. We look forward to staying there again. Thanks for a very pleasant stay!

Everything was clean, modern, and very well maintained. What made my experience even better was the staff — they were incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They treated me with great respect and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and excellent amenities! 👍😊
